
TOF Electron Multipliers
Our TOF detectors offer an outstanding
combination of performance characteristics.
They eliminate the compromises of previous
TOF designs while delivering up to 2.5V pulse dynamic range. Pulse widths
available from 2.5ns to 0.5ns.
Detectors designs include both magnetic and
discrete dynode technologies.
Capacitor decoupling technology offered which
allows a <500ps pulse to be processed with minimal impact on peak shape and
line ringing.
