Electron Multiplier - ICP-MS

The dual-mode detector integrates two signal collection sections for enhanced performance. The first operates continuously in analog mode, enabling real-time ion signal monitoring. The second provides additional gain in pulse-counting mode, achieving an extended dynamic range across more than ten orders of magnitude.
